What do I have to prepare?

In short, a lot! The complexity around applying to US universities arises because there are many “if’s, ands, but’s” when it comes to what’s required, suggested, and written and unwritten. We holistically assess where a student stands upon our first meeting, evaluate the distance they will need to travel to their expectations and desires. Testing, transcript, recommendation letters, essays, and more.

When should I begin?

At minimum, we recommend a year of preparation, but many clients now come to us as early as 9th grade to formally begin US college counseling.
